Error code: E6

--Possible reasons of error: Overheat protection for the bottom of  pot

Probe of pot bottom short circuit, The disoperation switch broken, Water shortage alarm board broken

Check whether the pot bottom probe is short circuited, whether the switch is damaged and whether the water shortage alarm board is damaged.

 

Error code: E7

Probe of the pot bottom open circuit.

Check if the bottom probe is open circuit.

 

Error code: E8

Low pressure alarm protection

Control panel sampling circuit is abnormal, check whether the power voltage is lower than 304V.

Three-phase alternating-current supply loses 1 or 2 phases

Use Magnetic table tool to check whether the power terminal is AC 380V. If the measurement is AC 200V at one time, the power is in short of phase.(Measure AB, AC, BC separately.)

Use undercurrent meter to measure the current, check if there flashes "intermittent heating" when the gear is not working.

Drive wire inserted reversely

Check whether CN1 and CN2 on the control board correspond with CN1 and CN2 on the resistance board.

resistance plate broken

Check the small components on the resistance plate of obvious shedding and damage, or measure the resistance plate 4-5, 6-7 with a Magnetic table tool for breakdown or conduction.

Control panel broken

Check the small components on the control board of obvious shedding and damage, if not, change the control board to distinguish it is good or bad.

High pressure sampling wire on control board and resistance board is off or dis-welded

Check whether the high-voltage sampling wire on the control board and resistance board falls off, reinsert it and weld well if so.

Cooling fan broken

Check whether the cooling fan is working normally. Use Magnetic table tool to measures the resistance of the fans, AC fan has resistance while the DC fan has no resistance.

Pot material not match, IC not match

Use the magnet to test if the pot material is magnetic, or replace the IC for testing.

 

Error code: E9

High - voltage alarm protection, there is water leakage to the coil or coil terminals are short circuited

Control board sampling circuit is abnormal, check whether the power voltage is higher than 456V, whether the coil is inflow of water, and whether the coil terminal are short circuited.

Switch broken or wire disconnected
